Too often I hear people lament that they didn't ask their parents, grandparents, extended or immediate family, more about their lives before the finality of their deaths.

In the day to day rush of life, we often don't take the time to explore what really matters to the people we love so dearly.

The goal of making a family film portrait with Films Of You is for us to facilitate the process of family members asking the important questions that get overlooked.

We interview family members about their lives, and ask family members to pose questions to each other. Then we shoot verite footage of the family in their daily routines and special occasions together. In the editing process we integrate family photos and home movies taken over the years. This is how Films Of You creates a family legacy to pass down to future generations.
